Las Vegas Nurse Residency Fall 2024

Ya'll know how new grad unfriendly Vegas is 😭. Anyone have any luck so far? I applied to all 3 HCA residencies for the October 2024 start dates and applied to UMC, Dignity, and VHS for regular full-time jobs. I applied to smaller facilities too, but I keep getting told I don't have enough experience. Am I the only one? I graduated in May, passed my boards in the same month. It's been nonstop applications everyday since. Anyone know when the residencies for all the other hospitals get posted? Moving out of state isn't an option right now.

I just graduated in May as well. It really tough getting a job as of now - much difficult then I anticipated. Have you heard back from the October cohorts yet?

Nothing except 1 med surg application is under consideration. But now email or call. I don't know how to get a hold of HR. If I find out im gonna call and ask for a staus update. I'm applying everywhere even snfs for now.
