Lanier Tech Part time program Summer 2011

Does anyone know how hard it is to get into Lanier's part-time practical nursing program?? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm currently in Lanier's full time program & it was definitely competitive to get into but not impossible by far. In the full time program they choose only 20 people w/ the top score on the NLN. Not exactly sure if part time program works exactly the same but I would think it was very similiar.

Would you mind letting me know what you scored on the NLN test? Or what the average scores where for the people chosen for the program?

Thanks,

Sure, I don't mind telling you what I made.....I made a 93 & was very concerned that it wasn't a high enough score to get in but by the grace of god I made it in. It all depends on the particular scores made at the time your trying to get into the program. Get a pre-entrance exam book & study, study, study & you should do great.

I am going to apply to Lanier's summer LPN part-time program and I was told the same thing by the advisor. You will need to score 93 or above on the NLN and I have taken it before but plan on taking off this quarter just to focus on studying. Have you already applied to the school?

i made a 97 and i have a 3.7 gpa. i was accepted!

hi skizzal - do you know how many nights & what nights the classes will be for the part time program?:nurse:
