how to land a hospital job

Any tips on how to land a hospital job? I haven't even started my CNA course ( starts JAN 2) but Im trying to get prepared early I want to get used to the environment for Nursing School. Thanks in advance!

My aunt is a CNA at Lenox Hill, so she's going to help me get a job there. I believe she started at $15 and is union. They are paying for her to go to nursing school (part of her union deal), so that is pretty cool and a big reason why I want to work there. I also love the neighborhood and hope to move there eventually. I'm starting CNA classes late January. and I'm planing to volunteer at that hospital for a few weeks first. Just need to rub some more elbows and get familiar with the staff, hopefully her and me volunteering will be a good way to get my foot in the door. Fingers crossed!
