Hi everyone. I am applying to LA harbor College for Fall 2019. Is there anyone on the same boat? Let's chat and get to know each other by sharing experiences. I hope you all get in. Good luck

It is quite frustrating since this seems to be a common occurrence... from speaking to past applicants. I wonder why they even state a “decision date” if it’s not even applicable. ??‍♀️

I have a feeling it will be Thursday... since someone stated the last two times it’s been sent Thursday evening. ????

I just want to know already... either way... I just want to know. ?

I wonder if they send them out to be processed or if they are processed in house??

Hopefully we hear something by Thursday evening.

My heart does go out to those studying to take the TEAS with LAHC on the 24th & 26th. You're pretty much reviewing over Easter weekend. I know the weekend before I took the TEAS, my family visited from out of town and I told them I couldn't hang and had to go study. . .It paid off though. So for those of you who will be taking it--

Study hard! YOU CAN DO IT!! ?

"Please anticipate initial correspondences
by end of this week (Fri, April 19).

ATI TEAS TESTING: Fri, April 26: 8AM or 1PM."

Can someone help me to understand--

If you've already taken the TEAS *and* they ask you to send in your scores. . .

Is it possible to still get kicked (not selected) after that point?

I'm trying to understand if you have to survive 1 lottery pick or 2 lottery picks. . .

just curious ?

From what I’ve experienced, if you have already taken the teas and submit the score it goes into the another pool of applicants who are also eligible (those who also passed and submitted the teas) in which they go through with another random lottery selection.

They said they will notify me to send the scores later but still no contact from the school..

After the first lottery pick they will email us with the decision. If we make it past the first round, we will be asked to schedule a day to take the teas or send in our scores.
