if you think about it this week is Spring break... I doubt anyone is in the offices... so I’m assuming it’ll be next week. I was told my the office that the ATI Teas will be at the end of April... my anxiety is off the charts. ??‍♀️

Very true. Ugh, this wait is the worst and it is only the beginning. I'm sure after the TEAS we won't hear back until mid may ?

Haven't heard back either. I keep refreshing my student emaim hoping for something!

Hi All.

This is my 3rd time applying. So far the notifications have come at the very last minute. To those who have not been invited to take the TEAS, STUDY!!! EVERYTHING! Especially Anatomy and Physiology, of course. I took it last draw and it was very tough for me. It has been a while since I finished my last class and I had a tough time recalling details. I got a 74 point something overall. I did purchase the TEAS practice tests. I think they were worth it. I scored about 10% higher on those. It gives you the format, not the questions on the actual TEAS. You all are young. You'll be fine.

The last couple admissions sessions there were a lot more participants in this discussion. Anyone who has applied, please join in. The information is helpful.

If I may ask how old are you turning? I’ll be 33 in June and have just come back to school last semester. This is my first time applying.

I don’t know if I could do this three times! The wait is brutal!!

I'm worried about my TEAS score. I have taken it 3 times (to raise my score for other schools) but my first try was my lowest, 79%, and my third was my highest, 96%. Too bad they only take the 1st attempt ?

Has anyone else taken the TEAS?

I’ve never taken it. I’m terrified to. ? Where does LAHC hold the exam?

43 and I work more than 50 hours per week. If you don't get in the first time, don't worry. It gets easier to apply and you won't be as anxious if you have to reapply. I did not get invited for the TEAS the first time. I was invited last draw. It was scheduled for Nov 9th. I was notified one week before.

I have not applied anywhere else yet. I am not sure I would have enough points to apply at a point based school, not to mention fulfill additional pre req's before applying. I got a C in Anatomy. I took it over the Summer. I am REALLY hoping I get lucky this time. I have seen plenty of people "win the lottery" the first time they apply here.

I would love to here form previous students who did get in at LAHC. Especially the ones who got in the first time.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, the TEAS exam is held on campus at LAHC.

I already took the TEAS. I did not take at LAHC instead I took at PSI center.

Hi!

This will also be my third time applying to LAHC. I’ve been selected to follow through with submitting my teas scores both times but was denied during the lottery selection. Best of luck to you all!
