LACC alternate chances?

Hi everyone. I got my letter from LACC and it says I'm alternate #11. Just wondering what my chances of starting this Fall are from people who were selected as alternates in the past. Thanks!

Hi,Just wondering if you've been called. I was alternate number #10 when I received my letter but was just called in last week to let me know I'm alternate #1 and to proceed with the medical clearance so that I'm ready to go should anyone drop or not meet the deadlines for submission.

Hi guyz

I am alternate #23 :uhoh21: for this Fall 2012. I was exited but then I am kind of realizing that I might not get in after all.(23 people need to be dropped before I get in!!!!). I cannot make any plans for Fall 2012 right now because I am still holding my breath for LACC and I am turning blue...lol

I was alternate #20 but I got accepted somewhere else so I asked to be taken off the alternate list. I'm sure other alternates also declined so you may not be #23 anymore.

I applied to Santa Monica College as well but I am on the waitlist and won't start before Spring 13. I did not apply in many community colleges because the ADN path was not my first choice but at this point, I will do with whoever wants me:) however if I do not make it to LACC this fall I will apply to CSU LA or Long Beach for Fall 13 and take organic chemistry meanwhile.

Where did you choose to go?

I've heard about that long waiting list at SMC. But I like your back up plan if you don't get into LACC. Good luck! :)

Congrats for getting in Willowita!!!...LA County College have a very good program. You learn amazing things at USC Hospital:yeah:
