LAC USC Antonovich Scholarship

Wondering if anyone has applied for Los Angeles County Hospital's Antonovich scholarship (currently or in the past) that comes with a three year commitment. Just looking to see if the pros and cons for working at LAC as a new grad. I hear their training is good.

I applied for this and they sent me an email that they will get in contact with me since am still in school and get to graduate at the end of Fall.

Hi Daniel, I applied to the scholarship too! I was wondering if you would please outline your experience after you turned in your application. How long did you wait to be accepted? Did you have to be a certain graduation year to be accepted? Etc. Thanks,

Hello Daniel. Can you share the type of questions you were asked during the conference call? I just singed up for a date in October but I don’t know what to expect for the “Interview”

Does anyone have any info on what types of questions they ask you in the meeting? Any tips?

If I can remembe is basically why you want to work for County of Los Angeles hospitals.

Any tips that you can pass along to help with the interview? They don’t ask anything as far as like nursing skills or any questions with scenarios?

There was no scenario questions. I would really look into why you want to work for County Hospital rather than any other hospitals
