I did not see that their was a forum already open for the Spring 2023 application period. I wanted to start one so that we can help each other out and answer any questions anyone that is applying for the first time that they may have. Prior to COVID I had attended an in-person info session but I have not known of them having any Zoom info sessions since then due to COVID.
This will be my second time applying. I first applied for Fall 2022.

No I haven’t, I was already accepted to another program and was hoping to get into Pierce since it’s closer to home.

Do they usually send rejection emails too ? Or is it just acceptance ? Also do they so alternatives?
Last cycle they said they did but I never received one unless it went to my personal could have been sent to junk. I emailed them to inquire and they responded with that generic email that I was not selected. I believe they do select alternates. Don't give up I know someone that I know was selected in August for the La City Fall'22 cohort 3 months after their selection process and she was not an alternate.
I'm just confused.. and they're not replying to emails.. like how do I know what my status is?

Yea, I think that they do not send notifications that we were not selected because the people that were selected have deadlines to respond by, but I wonder if they anyone was selected as an alternate with Pierce. I will probably reach out to them in 2 weeks if I have not received any form of notification from them.

The last message I got was 12/7/22, saying "received" after submitting my acceptance. I hope we get notified soon since there are a couple of things to do until then. I assume we might hear something after 12/15/2022 since that is the deadline.
