LA County Work style Assessment Test

This coming week for La County I am scheduled to take a Work Style Assessment test for a LVN postion. The test consist of covering Achievements,Confidence and Optimism,Deductive Reasoning Ability, Independence,Influence,Professional potential and Reliability.

I wanted know is there anybody who has taken this test recently can tell me how to prepare for this test? Is it hard or easy? What is the test like? How many questions are on the test?

I didn't think twice about it. From what I remember, it was just like what would you do instances. I had to pass a verbal question test and that I was surprised by but I passed. I worked for LA County for 3 years but had to leave due to work hours. Best of luck to you!!!!
