L&D new grad interview: TIPS/SUPPORT/ADVICE

Hi All,

I have an L&D new grad interview coming up and I really need help. This is my first interview for my dream position/ unit and I want to make sure I am fully prepared. What are the common questions they ask? Clinical scenarios? What are common medications used? What will make me standout? Any tips/support/advice would be really helpful.

They haven't called me in for a second interview yet. I just had my first one last Tuesday. How long it did take for them to notify you about a second interview?

Well the UD told me right before i left my first interview that she really liked me and that she wanted to offer me a second interview, then she gave me her card and said that she will be in contact so give me the exact date i will interview. But officially i found out about my second interview date 1 week after i interviewed. Good luck!!!!

When they call you in for your second interview would you mind sharing the dates of 2nd interviews with me? I am asking about that because i just had my second interview last week on thursday and it went well but they said i might not hear from them until the beginning to mid january .... that is a really long time!! Im just hoping they might have their second set of interviews sometime this month .... Thanks again and good luck =)

I found out today unfortunately I won't be offered a second interview. I've been pretty bummed out about it, but am remaining optimistic and taking it as a learning experience!
