Hi there,
Does anyone know of any hospitals in MD, DC or VA that offer Tuition scholarships for students who accept to work for them upon graduation?

In my experiance, so far, in order to really find out about those opportunities you may have to contact each HR or recruiting indipendantly. I have seen LOTS of sign on bonus or termed tuition repayment bonus, also lots of tuition reimbursement if you are working for them while in school. I have also recently met someone who was working for a local hospital, is taking a hiatus from her job for nursing school and they have agreed to pay for her school as long as she contracts to work one year for each year of school paid.
Understand, that her school was not a pricey GTown, but a local CC program with a much more reasonable price tag. Plus, she had already worked at this hospital as an aide for a couple years and they were invested in her. This would surely be an individual case, but worth poking around and investigating the possibilities.
In addition, check out the Maryland Higher Education web site. They have scholarships with after graduation work requirements that I believe are up to 4k a year. Those are good if you work in any hospital in Maryland after graduation.

I work for GBMC and they do. I was a Nursing Student Scholars program member which gave me $2500 tax free for every 6 months I worked for them after graduation up to 18 months. Had to have a 3.0 is all I think.

GBMC and Doctors Hospital offers scholarship money. Usually if you check with your schools financial aid department they'll have information from various hospitals that offer incentives.
