I'm working on my MSNed right now. I'm thinking about applying for a post masters certificate fnp program (mouthful). I was thinking about doing this at GCU since this is where I'm doing my masters work.
Any thoughts?

I am the Dean of Nursing at GCU and we offer the Post Masters FNP program for those nurses that have a MSN. The first step is to go to gcu.edu and complete an application for the program. Once that is complete, you will need to have your transcripts reviewed so we can determine what courses you need to take. There is the Advance Core Courses which include Health Assessment, Health Promotion, Advanced Pathophysiology, and Advanced Pharmacology. Once you have successfully completed those, you would start into the FNP courses. There is no waiting list for the Post Masters FNP, but there is an interview process. I hope this helps.
