Kennesaw State Nursing Fall 2018

I am applying for Kennesaw Nursing for the Fall 2018, and saw that there has not been a thread started! I would like to know if anyone has applied to the Fall 2018 Nursing Program @ Kennesaw State University yet? If so, would you mind sharing your GPA and Teas Scores? This is so that I can get an knowledge of what I should be on average of. Also, I take my TEAS tomorrow and prayers would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello, I am also applying for Fall 2018. Waiting till the admin office opens in January to process my application into the school and then I can apply for the Trad program. Will be finsihing up my last two pre-req (Chem 1152 and Abnormal Psyc) in spring, by God's grace. Even though the program doesn't start until fall, I'm afraid finishing my pre-req in spring might disqualify me from getting in.Anyway my stats are: GPA:3.84 TEAS:86.7

Kennesaw State Nursing Fall 2018 - I am applying, just submitted my application. I have a GPA of 3.97 and TEAS of 93. I hope it is competitive with everyone else. I am just finishing up my pre-req. this spring at Georgia College and have applied there as well.

Hello everyone!

I have my application in, and my stats are:

Transfer GPA - 3.72

Science GPA - 3.5

Cumulative GPA - 3.4

TEAS - 94

I applied to the program for Spring 2018 and was not accepted, but I think the reason is because I had the bare minimum number of prerequisites completed and still had to take Micro and Chem 2, which are big classes to not have grades for. Anyway, good luck to everyone!

5/7: 4.0

7/12: 4.0

TEAS: 96.7%

I currently hold a Bachelors in biology from another school that uses a plus minus system for GPA, so I do not know if they will factor that in to their admissions process when I apply.

Hey everyone!

I have my application in, my GPA is a bit low (3.73) so I'm hoping that my TEAS score (97.3) balances it out. I am currently attending GSU and am applying there as well. Fingers crossed!!

Good luck everyone. I just took my TEAS today, so I am joining the waiting wagon. I'm not super familiar with the 5/7 and 7/12 stats, so I'll just post what I can...

Cumulative GPA - 3.94

Science GPA (I guess this is my 5/7) - 4.0 (taking A&P II now and Micro in Summer)

Other Pre-reqs (7/12?) - 4.0 (if I am doing it right)

TEAS - 95.3

Basically I have done all but two pre-reqs, and I made one B on a non-science, non-math pre-req.

Can't wait to see what happens!

Does KSU not have a way to check your application status? To see what they have and have not received, or if anything is still missing?
