Keep getting interior nose sores

I'm in my last semester of nursing school and over the years I noticed that my nose (interior) gets really sore after clinical rotations. Right now i can't even touch it without it hurting. It's usually 1 nostril and I get a cyst/pimple that eventually pops. Does any one experience this? Could it be the dry air and me not being hydrated enough? It's getting annoying and always happens a day after the hospital.

Any advice would be appreciated.
