Please keep the conversation on the Bulletin Board. Asking posters to PM you for details does not do this. The purpose of this Forum is maintain an open ended conversations. Encouraging posters to have private dialogue does not do this.

So please, keep the conversation on the Bulletin Board. Do not ask posters to PM you for more information.

Can you PM posters? Well sure, do that if need be but please do not solicit for this(I regularly edit those posts on this Forum). You may also see posters doing this on other Forums; other Forums, here on allnurses, are handled with subtle differences by the various Moderators. Across the board we do not allow open disagreements of Staff on any of the Forums.
