KBCC Spring 2018! TEAS exam score and Pre-req GPA

Hello everyone. I just took the TEAS today at KBCC for the spring 2018 semester and I just wanted to sort of guage how I stand as well as meet others who are applying to this nursing program. My scores for the TEAS are as follows: Reading 65.1%, Math 84%, Science 85.3% and English language 76.1%. My over adjusted score is a 79%, the national mean was 65% and it says Advanced standing along with my percentile rank which was 84%. I bombed the reading because I honestly didn't prepare like I should have, I ran out of time and sort of panicked. I studied only a few days for the TEAS exam. My pre-req gpa is a 3.7 which I calculated myself because its just the average of those 4 classes. I'm just so nervous and excited at the same time, I hope I did well :(. What did everyone else get?!

No, I dont know anyone in the program. I thought if I made this thread people would be posting who applied but I guess not :(

can you estimate how many students were taking teas with you on 11th?

around 60 students were taking with me on 9th. Also pls let me know if you heard or receive anything from kbcc, thanks.

i saw previous thread, someone commented that the major will be changed in cuny portal 3 days earlier than send the actual letter out.

just keep checking on CUNY too.

I think around 40-50 people were there to take the exam that day. I heard about that too, so when I go to cuny first where do I go to check my major? I was trying to figure that out but I couldnt.

Do you go under degreeworks from the cuny portal? Because in degree works it says my major there which is still liberal arts.

yes, it's under degree audit, my major is still the same too.

so I guess there were max 200 students apply for the program.

I'm trying to figure out my chance to get accepted.

Yeah I checked and It still says liberal Arts, I'm not even sure how many have applied for the program but I hope my grades are enough for me to get in!

Teas score low 63.3 pre req GPA 3.6 and i don't know this score acceptable or not í ½í¸«

Still no word from the nursing dept and no changes on my major. The waiting sucks!!
