Kaplan nursing entrance exam for montefiore

If anyone taking tha kaplan entrance exam for monterfiore school or nursing in october 2017? Or has anyone taken it in the past? I am looking for some info on the science section. So far alot youtube videos and other forums have said to study and have a general idea of the functions of each system , flow of the heart, know the arteries, gas exchange. Etc. But I would like to know if anyone had any carculation based questions or nursing questions such as dosage questions in the entrance exam. Any infor anyone can provide would be helpful. Thank You!

No dosage or calculation questions in the science portion. Just straight up A&P. There were ratio/fraction/percentage/conversion questions on the math portion, but nothing too crazy.

Thank You, was it mostly physiology rather than anatomy alot of reviews and videos i seen say its mostly physiology, and no anatomy.

hi i am re-taking it for january 2018 i took it last october and scored a 69 with little study from what i remember science was mainly physiology (blood flow, gas exchange) and there was a few dosage calculations

Took it last fall but did not get into the program. The book was no help at all. Will be applying this fall, hopefully I'll get in this time around.

Hi! i was going to comment later on today .... the test was pretty much the same as last year ...... math know fractions and percent.....reading terrible long passages with about 3-5 questions each ...science very difficult and detailed physiology ,no anatomy , there were a few questions i did not recall from last year definitely a lot of circulatory blood flow , neurology questions brain lobes .... i scored higher than last year and i am excited and glad its over good luck everyone!
