I could not have passed NCLEX without Kaplan. I struggled all throughout nursing school. I also never passed HESI. Because of this, I knew I would have to study extra hard for NCLEX. I basically made studying my job. I did ALL of kaplan (watched the videos, read the book, did all question trainers, and did 100% of q bank questions). My average q bank was 60% (however, I made several 48%) and I made a 67% on question trainer 7. I thought question trainer 7 was the most like NCLEX. Question trainer 7 was more of analysis than knowledge based questions which is what my NCLEX was like. I feel like Kaplan prepared me for NCLEX. Best of luck to all of you! Think positive thoughts, you CAN pass NCLEX!!

Hi. Thank you for posting this. I have been using Kaplan for the past 2 months and I completed all the videos and 100% of the Qbank with a 58%. I was wondering if you used anything else to study besides Kaplan? I take my test in October and I don't feel ready. I havent done Q Trainers 5-7. I was going to save it a few weeks before I take the NCLEX.

Hi, I would go to your school library and rent Saunders Comprehensive Review and Mosby... It will save you money and it's also helpful... 58% is good but keep taking questions every day till 2 days before your exam! Flash Cards on Study Blue=Lab Values . I hope this helps!
Will do. I have Saunders and Im reviewing each system starting from the weakest content to the strongest. Thank you again. I appreciate it. Congratulations too! :)
