Hi Everyone!

I just graduated nursing school las month and we'll be taking the NCLEX the beginning of next month. I took the review course with Kaplan and have also been doing Qbanks questions. My scores fluctuate though. I'd get a 44, then a 57, then a 64, then a 50, then an 80, then a 60. It's just all over the place. However, majority is below the 65 marker. Does anyone have any suggestions about this? Or has anyone experienced this? Has anyone experienced this but passed the NCLEX?

Please help... I'm sorta freaking out!

thanks =)

Look at your comprehensive average. Overall, are you above 60%? My scores fluctuated widely. Mostly I was between 64 and 78, but I had a few outliers....a couple below and a couple above. My overall average was 70.

Most of the people in my class who took and passed NCLEX said that they felt Kaplan was harder than the NCLEX. I (personally) felt that the questions were very similar to Kaplan, but I felt that my test was HARD. Hopefully that means I was getting high level questions. Just took NCLEX yesterday, so still waiting for results.

Don't stress out too bad. Keep working on your Qbank questions. You still have a couple weeks, and you will continue to get better.

Hey try not to stress... I know easier said than done right? I am in a similar position for I am doing Kaplan Qbank and Question trainers and I started at 48% and just hit 74% about a half an hour ago but I am still freaking out because my scores are all over the place.:banghead:

All that matters is that you know why you are getting the those questions wrong and that you go over the rationales. A when you are doing your qusetions set uo the scene I found that I do better when my Boyfriend isn't at home and if it is after 10 pm ( go figure I am a Nite person)

sometimes to make my self feel better I do Saunders 4e questions because I get better scores with those than Kaplan.

It will all come together for it cant fall apart right? Good Luck
