So I took it today. I did ok. I'll give some averages that Kaplan gave of 360 who had taken the exam, so it might not still be current but it will give you an idea.
Science is pretty in-depth. Reading just read the question then read the part that goes with it. Writing I recommend getting a SAT grammar prep book and if you want a good score spend a lot of time on that. I didn't, I just skimmed it but it did help. If I would've spent a week working on it I think I would've done a lot better. Math know how to add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions. Also know how to go from decimals for percentages and vise-versa. So 5=500% .5=50% .05=5% and .005=.5%.
Anyone else wants to share their scores that would be great. I had a hard time finding what was the "norm" before I took it.
