I postpone applying due to going full time at my job. I received by CNA last month. I'm taking Chem right now. I probably will apply in the Fall or next January for the Fall 2013 yr. By then I will have completed the sciences requirments. Plus, I'm trying to save some money to pay for the program. Being that I already have a Masters, I'm not eligible for student loans. Anyways, good luck with getting in. I heard it was hard but that's not going to discourage me from applying. My friend, who is an NP, used to teach there. She told me it's really hard to get in. But she encouraged me to get my LPN and then get my RN. Either, way, it's going to take 2 yrs. At least if I get an LPN, I can work as a nurse while getting my RN. Plus, there are more scholarships
out there for LPN to RN that I could apply for. Plus I have my masters in social work, so with a LPN degree, I can go do administrator work, which is my area of focus or I could do UR or UM at a hospital and make decent money. Anyways, let me know if you get in.
