The interview went well. It was a bit nerve-wrecking, but you just gotta stay focused. You definitely have to think on the spot. I would prepare for a lot of situational questions, reflecting back on your various nursing experiences. Keep in mind customer service! I ended up getting a hub interview shortly after the phone interview. Unfortunately, the positions they offered me didn't work well with my schedule. The good thing is if my shift preferences become available, they told me that my application will get routed quickly to the front of the line since I passed the interview steps already. :) Good luck! Keep me posted!

Has anyone done the Kaiser Permanente's Voice Advantage phone interview? If so, what type of questions do they ask? Can you please provide examples. Situational, personality, general, etc.? How long is it? Any other info and tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
