Kaiser SoCal New Grad residency 2026

Hi, wondering if anyone here knows when the next dates are available to the Kaiser SoCal New Grad residency program? I missed the deadline for the Fall 2025 cohort. Or how often they have new cohorts

I haven't seen or heard anything Kaiser's website, like many just randomly drop it hopefully we hear something soon!!

I might be wrong, but I am pretty sure that Kaiser only offers two Graduate RN Residency Program cohorts per year.

Anybody know the application dates for the Spring 2026 program from the info session today? Did not have a stable connection to get the information.

Does anyone have details about what we need to apply (cover letter, LOR's). I had preceptorship shifts all the days they had the info sessions😣. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, 

We need a cover letter that tells your story, LOR's, resume, transcripts all certificates/licenses.  Make sure everything is uploaded and corelates with your profile, resume and when you get it the career snapshot. If it does not it will keep you from moving forward. If you do not have the LOR's right now it is okay, you can upload it after.

Is anyone applying external? How do I get to the page. I have tried to find southern new grad but I can't find it. Please help.
