Question:

I just submitted interest to the job posting (806110) at 3:11 AM PST. I received a confirmation page (not e-mail) saying:

”Process completed

... We are please to inform you that your resume has been successfully received into our automated recruitment system.”

But when I check “My Job Page” right after...

My submission status for the position stays “No longer in consideration for position — Updated: Aug 12, 2019”

I’m wondering if this was just a glitch or if there’s something that I did on my application that disqualified me THAT quickly...?

? Curious if it’s just me or if it’s happening to anyone else?

There was a glitch in Kaiser’s system and they fixed it later in the day. My friends who also applied said they resubmitted their application stating yes on the pre-employment questions. Mine went through fine but others went through like yours.

I too applied, but mine still says job submission complete ? I did apply to the Irvine inexperienced rn one and my status changed to talent acquisition interview scheduled and they emailed me about sending in a snapshot. Is that what you mean about them emailing you to interview or did they send an email for an in person interview?

I got an email stating that I have an in person interview with the info about time/place.

Did they email you asking to send a snapshot? Did you fill out a snapshot for that position?

Yup! I applied on 8/12, sent in snapshot on 8/14 and got the interview email on 8/18

Okay cool thanks for letting me know! Yeah they didn’t send me an invite to send in the snapshot, so I guess I’m not even going to be considered. Do you know if it’s going to be a group interview like the panorama one?

I have no clue, it is from 800-1200 so im assuming so. Im from Norcal so i dont know a whole lot about the hospitals down in la
