Kaiser Permanente Fresno Internal transfer question

Anyone here work at KP Fresno as an RN? I work at KP LAMC in the ED and trying to transfer to KP Fresno. I have applied to three internal ED  jobs and no call, they say “job submission complete” and are “active-accepting job submissions.” Any advice on who to contact or the hiring process at KP Fresno? Thanks.
