Is that was usually happens with the hiring process?

from what I know, its like you submit it then HR reviews and if you meet the qualifications, then they forward it to the hiring managers of the units/departments who then will reach out to schedule an interview if they like your resume

Oh man, that worries me too now. Do you know if anyone has gotten that email already? It's so hard to gauge and fix resume's and cover letters, it's all gonna be the same thing no matter how much we work on them.

do you think if I called the person that reached out to be for the interview for information, that its too pushy? Im desperate for updates
