Kaiser-opinions

I just accepted a position at Kaiser. Since most of the topics are closed I was interested in genuine opinions, advice, and tips for doing my best. I understand nothing is perfect and there will be a diversity of opinions about every organization. That being said I have questions. What is the best way to survive orientation? How can I best live up to the standards? What cultural quirks should I be aware of? Is there anything in particular I should avoid? Is there anything in particular I should do?

I am particularly interested in the opinions of people who can be honest. Some may not wish to for obvious reasons. Just tell me how it is. Thanks in advance.
