starting is 68 before differential if you get chosen for pm shift. Which is 5$ extra
I thought starting rate was $68.6748/hr and it's a 11% differential for evening shift, and 17.5% for night shift (this is based on the contract year that ended Jan 2022 though)

I think it's 6 months of hospital or clinic exp qualifies you for Staff nurse 2 positions, but on the KP Nurse Residency website it says:
"Employment
Nurse residents are hired as a Staff Nurse I, into a 12-month, benefited, position.
After orientation, residents will secure a regular benefited Staff Nurse II position within one of our 21 medical centers and complete the remainder of their transition-to-practice program."
So not sure how long orientation is? Anybody know? ?

On the slide deck, it says initial orientation is 10 weeks
