around this time of year, hospitals do the least hiring so I would suggest looking into dialysis, snfs, or sub acute rehabs to start if you guys still aren't working. sad to say but these new grad programs are like winning the lottery here in Cali. It's the freaking hunger games out here

Only if the initially offered candidate declines the offer, and your score stands above the declined candidate's from the group on the interview rubric.
