I made a forum for all of those applying for the Kaiser NorCal New Grad Program for the November 3, 2025 cohort.

Yea mine says completed August 11 but that means that have everything they need from you

Mine says completed updated August 11th. I haven't heard back either. Interview was August 4th

Totally agree! Stay positive guys! Just the fact that we got selected for an interview out of 2,500 applications is already big step. We got this 💗

It has been brutal and I keep replaying the interview in my head like I shouldn't have said that or I should have said this.. should I have been more poise and proper or myself like I was. Just so many thoughts . I really just gave it to God and was like OK if you want me there that is where I will be and if not you have something better for me. But what was mentioned above is true that we did get an interview out of over 2500 applicants and we should be proud of ourselves. But yes the suspense and email checking is absolutely brutal!

I completely agree with you. I know I didn't do well in the interview. I was so nervous that my mind went blank. But as you said, I gave it to God and I will accept whatever His will is. It is truly amazing to have gotten an interview and for that I am grateful.

Yes whatever happens is what God wants to happen. Getting an interview for this shows that your background and experiences are very competitive so if you can get an interview at Kaiser you probably can elsewhere too!
