I got a text today from the Program Coordinator that there was some sort of glitch with the RSVP system. I had to pick a time for the interview and I also asked if she knew what departments were going to be interviewing but she said she wasn't sure.

She also said she was going to be sending out confirmation e-mails on the 3rd.

oh interesting I didn't get a text but was offered a interview slot. I sent a follow up email but never heard back.

Are we talking about the same Kaiser? Because today is the last day it's open to request a spot at Kaiser Sunset. So the confirmation emails wouldn't have been sent out tomorrow.

Yes, Kaiser LAMC. I got confused because the program coordinator sent a follow up text about a glitch, to pick another time to interview, and that she was going to sent confirmation emails on August 3rd. It's OK, I'm sure she'll send them out soon!

I thought mine went well? It's so hard to tell. Does anyone know how many spots were open and how many people they were interviewing?

That's great! I saw a list of 20 people for yesterday. They also said they were interviewing more people today. I'm not sure how many spots are open.

Did they ask for your shift preferences at the end of the interview? And did you write a thank you letter?

No and no. You mean to hand out at the end of you're interview. Ah so that means 48 if they only did 2 days worth of interview
