Wondering if there are any members here who have personally taken the role of ANM for an inpatient dept at a Kaiser hospital, whether in the past or currently. I have an interview setup but contemplating if I should go through with it since I have not had good managers within KP in the past, also the fact that you don't have Union to help protect you, the 24/7 job, etc. Pay is obv really good but I don't know if I should go through the interview process if I have a lot im already worrying about
I know more people that have left the ANM jobs than kept. I know the saying we all say is when you take a manager job you're closer to the exit. No you have no union representation, work 7 days 12 hours shifts but are on gross pay
