Hi everyone I a going to take my Nclex pn exam in a month. I am devestated I just want to get over with but same time I feel like I need more practice.I am using Examcram, Lippincott, La charity, and Kaplan . My score were around/ above 60% in qbank and question trainers. I will welcome any suggestions for more prepration . Thanks and good luck to future nurses.
hi love_nursing, just keep reading the rationale's correct and wrong answers.. well what i did was to write down all the wrong answers and re read them again.. repetition is the key.. you don't have to memorize everything just keep in mind the keywords for example corticosteriods (hyperglycemia, hypocalcemia and fluid retention) and the pertinent signs and symptoms.... just relax and don 't rush... don't over think.. your scores are good and i think you are more than ready... if everybody can do it that means you can do it too... have faith in yourself.. anxiety will always be there, just take a deep breath and say "yes i can".
