Just talked to CGFNS... now I'm totally confused... please help

Ok, this is a short version of my original story:

I decided to apply for CGFNS CES yesterday. I called CGFNS today. They gave me ID number, which I got when I was involved with a nursing agency 2 years ago (not anymore), which sent all my documents to CGFNS . It looks like my application is still open (I thought they all get closed after a year)

I logged on to CGFNS and it says (Main Order Status)

order date- 10/07/2005 item - VISA SCREEN - INITIAL CERTIFICATE STATUS- WAITING FOR REQUIRED ITEMS

order date- 10/13/2005 item - CREDENTIAL EVALUATION SERVICE - FULL EDUCATION COURSE-BY-COURSE REPORT STATUS- READY FOR REVIEW

And in the correspondence section the last entry says:

INACTIVITY CORRESPONDENCE -SCHOOL: MEDICAL SCHOOL - FULL EDUCATION COURSE-BY-COURSE REPORT - CREDENTIAL EVALUATION SERVICE

and the content icon to the side of the above mentioned entry says TRANSCRIPT VALIDATION FORM for MEDICAL SCHOOL

which probably means that they need a paper clarifying my hours; the original one that was prepared by my nursing agency had errors. My college received a request for clarification about a year ago, but at that time I stopped pursuing my nursing career for a while due to certain circumstances, so that notice was left unattended.

Now, what I want to know is - is this CES mentioned above the type of CES I need?

Check the BON's website of your choice, it usually tell which kind of CES they need. In IL for example, they need the healthcare profession science course by course report but if you have plans of pursuing masters, the full education report would be better, it's also fine with them
