The school makes the decision about what needs to be submitted with the admission application. Incomplete applications are usually not considered. Why would you be accepted if you didn't provide proof of your past courses and grades when many other applicants sent in all the required material? The transcripts are required to be considered for admission, and you left them out. Yes, that sucks, and I'm sorry, but that's the rules. You can call the school and see if you can submit your transcripts now and see what they say. But if the application deadline has passed, you'll need to move on. Take this as a lesson learned and always triple check that you have all the required information before you submit an important application.
