I'm thinking I didn't get the job but figured I would post on here anyway.
I just recently interviewed with San Quentin prison today and afterwards was told that I would be contacted. I was not immediately offered a position. The interviewers explained they submit their notes to a different department for further scoring.
Typically when this has happened to friends who have interviewed with any state RN positions, they're offered the job right away. People who are told they'll be contacted usually get a letter a couple weeks later thanking them for their time they took to interview but their services weren't needed.
BUT, this is the first prison I've interviewed.
Can anyone shed some light?
What is the process of getting a job offer with San Quentin?
TIA
