Just how important are grades in nursing school?

Would it really be that much more difficult to land a job for someone who got all Bs vs. someone who got all As from the same school?

Once you do land that first job, are the grades pretty much overlooked for experience?

Some hospitals sometimes require GPA and it is usually a 3.0 in the main courses. I think they over look the pre-requisite GPA. As for an A versus a B, I don't think that matters, especially if they don't ask for it up front.
