Hey everyone!

Hi! Congrats!!

I got a question not an advice hehe

Could you tell me what are all those crazy requirements please!

Could you please let us know your stats before applying? Like Number of months/yrs of ICU exp? GPA? Were you CCRN certified before interview? This would really help all those(CRNA aspirants) who read this thread in the future. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hey everyone!

I just got into Thomas Jefferson's CRNA program and was wondering if yous had any advice?? :)

I don't know anything about the program but wanted to say congrats!!

Thanks for the congrats everyone! Sorry, its taken me a while to get back to yous..

Jefferson's requirements werent as bad as other schools..but the application was annoying.. LOL. They wanted:

-transcripts

-2 recommendations

-personal statement

-resume

-CPR

-RN license

-Greater than 2 year experience

-And GRE scores if GPA was less than cumulative of 3.2

My stats.. I have my BLS, ACLS, PALS and CCRN (before interview). And 2.5 years of SICU experience.

Also, the interview was shockingly okay.. they did NOT ask me any clinical questions. And they actually interviewed some with only a year of experience!

When did you have your application in? I'm currently working on my application with an initial deadline of June 15 and a final deadline of Sept 1. I just saw on their website that even if you have everything in on time, that their NursingCAS application service can take 4-6 weeks to verify applications and need to be verified before they are considered submitted. So I was just wonderng if you had yours in by the initial deadline or the final deadline.

I just got offered an interview for Thomas Jefferson CRNA. Any advice or what questions did they ask?
