Just got hired. Advice?

Hi there! I just got hired on as a Nursing Tech and I will be floating between the Intermediate Care unit and the ICU. This will be my first nursing related job. Do you have any advice for me? I'm currently a prenursing student and I like to ask a lot of questions and watch procedures when I get the chance to. Honestly, my biggest fear is about what to do if a pt crashes. I'm sure I'll be trained on what to do but that is causing me the most anxiety right now. I just don't want to get in the way and compromise the pt in any way.

Do not fear my friend, you have a team full of people who should know what to do when a pt decompensates. just ask, or yell or do what you need to do to get some help. time will be kind to you if you can learn.
