Hello, I am really nervous and what Iam nervous about the feeling of how it feels when you don't pass. This will be the 3rd time me taking the nclex-rn exam. I am currently taking Kaplan and doing the Question Bank. I listen to the strategies and they really made me understand how to critical think much better. However the scores I got on Kaplan are 60%, 58% and 52% (which really bothered me). According to Kaplan they would like a 60% on all the Question Bank questions. Is there anyone out there who had scores like I did and was successful with the nclex rn? Oh! I also got a 61% on the readiness test which there passing is 65%. I really want to take this nclex and be over it and work as a nurse***Iam so tired.

I can't remember what my scores were when I took the Kaplan course (online version). I just wanted to encourage you to not give up and send hugs your way. Hang in there :hngon:
I tell people I survived the nursing program and the NCLEX-RN by praying :plsebeg: and studying.... I'm still convinced I'm only a nurse by the "grace of God".
If you do a search, you'll find that others have been in the same situation and have eventually passed the infamous NCLEX.
Don't give up! You are a SMART PERSON. You made it through the nursing program and when its time... you will pass the NCLEX! :)

Hey....I just found out yesterday that I passed with 75 questions. I did over 900 qBank questions with a cumulative average of 62%. I almost always chose *unused* questions to practice with, as I didn't want to raise my average by answering questions I'd already read. I had one 50 question test that I scored a 45% on!lol I was so tired, and the kids were distracting me and they were some *hard* questions. I had one test I scored 83% on! It was only 30 questions, all new...hard, but stuff I just happened to be strong on. Don't let a particularly high or low score sway you. Go by your average....Once I really got the hang of it, my scores were typically around 62-67%. I only studied for 3 wks....2 wk break after school, 3 wks with Kaplan, took the test. The qBank will prepare you for what you're going to see, IMO. GOOD LUCK!!!
