JPS Nurse Residency February 2022

Hello All! This is a forum for those applying to the JPS Residency Program this upcoming February 2022. I applied to a JPS and a couple of other hospitals. From what it looks like, there is only one application and specificity for the track you want will be determined later?

I also applied to one application. I received an email to rank my top unit preferences last week.

I applied and was invited to interview. I’m from Arlington, but do not currently reside in DFW because I am in an ABSN program that is not local. I have exams scheduled the days of interviews so I can’t make into town. I was told that interviews are only in person and there will not be any accommodations and I’m basically missing out on an opportunity… JPS was one of my top hospitals so I’m kind of bummed l. Anyone else have this issue?

For those who interviewed, did they say it would be 2-3 weeks before we hear back?

That is what I and others were told after our interviews ended by the nurse recruiter. Hopefully it’s sooner. She said that was her guess unless a second interview was needed/requested. She also said we would either get an email with and offer or an email requesting a second interview. She said either way we would know if we were offered or not.

I hope so too! Every time I see a weird number pop up but no message it makes me wonder is it then or a spam caller hahahaha.

Anyone got accepted into JPS ICU for upcoming march? or is already working need help deciding if to work there!
