Joliet Junior College (JJC) NURSING ADMISSION FALL 2018

Published

Is there anyone out there that DOES NOT have a guaranteed score for the Fall 2018 application? Lol, I've seen other threads with several TEAS scores over 76 and I'm getting worried... I have a 73 TEAS with a 3.47 GPA. All of my pre-reqs are completed and I currently am taking the CNA course.

Anyone else willing to share their info to calm the nerves of others in the ranking pool?

BTW, good luck in advance to everyone!!

Hi there, No, I didn't have a guaranteed score of 76. Having a guarantee spot is not the end all, be all. There are a certain amount of spots and not all are taken with a guaranteed spot. I've known people get in with 60-72 scores. I'm in my first semester and let me tell you getting a guarantee score isn't going to get you through nursing school. It's going to take a lot more. I've known quite of few guarantee issues not make it through one of their semester. I've been in your spot, in fact it took me a couple times of applying to finally get in. I feel having all your pre-requisites completed plus taking the CNA class is a plus. I had a 75 on my TEAS and a 3.0 GPA in my classes needed for the program. You have a good chance of getting in. Best of luck to you.

Good info! Thanks for sharing & good luck in the remainder of your schooling!
