Hi! I applied for the FNP program as well! Did you apply early decision or regular decision?

I applied early decision as well! I’m hoping we’ll hear something back before Christmas. It’s been over two weeks since I interviewed, so I’m getting anxious waiting. I applied to a few other programs but I won’t hear back from them until Jan/Feb. Hopkins is my first choice though.

Hi everyone,

I applied to the BSN-DNP FNP program late December and had an interview today. Hoping to heard back soon... About how long after your interviews did those who have been accepted find out? Thanks!

Hey everybody! I finally caved in and created an account after creeping on this forum for so long. I applied under the Priority deadline (Jan 1) and finally landed an interview for next week! Any advice for me?? What type of interview questions were asked?

Thanks ? I am super nervous.

Hi!! Super late here- I just applied last week to one of Hopkins BSN-DNP programs. Did any of you guys use the NursingCAS transcript service? I’m just wondering how long it actually takes for them to go through my transcript. When I talked to admissions, they said it could take WEEKS! I’m already stalking my email, and I applied 2 days ago. ??‍♀️

I used the Transcipt service and it took them about 2-3 weeks! Which program did you apply to? I know that some programs allow you to send unofficial transcipts to view in the meantime.

Oh no! Ugh I’m so terrified that I won’t be considered because the service takes so long!! Was that the total time it took for them to enter your courses, verify everything, and get your app to Hopkins? Or solely the transcript service? I applied to the dual pediatric program. I have no clue how many spots are even left at this point, but now I’m quickly losing hope there will be any? What program did you apply to? Have you heard anything!?

I just saw this response! ugh so sorry for the delayed response. You've must have been dyinggg

So one of my friends is in the dual peds program and loving it!! The total time for NursingCas to verify everything and get my app to Hopkins was 3 weeks maximum. I think that they're still considering late applicants, because in previous forums on here, there was one person who applied mid Feb like you and got accepted!! I'm sending you positive vibes!

Also I spoke to admissions and they said that they send out decisions in cohorts, so if you applied late, they'll send out your decision with your dual Peds cohort.

Also again, there are 30-40 seats in each program and there's still a good chance it can be you!! ?

Okay well now I want to ask your friend a million questions about her application process lmao!

I finally got my application verified- it took 13 days to approve it and then 2 more to verify it, so right around what you were saying! It seems they’re still considering people because I looked yesterday and it’s still open! My admissions contact said the dual peds program only accepts 15 people! ? You applied to the FNP program, right? Have you heard anything yet!? I’m praying I’ll at least land an interview, like you did. Although if I do, I’m sure I’ll hit next level panic mode ???‍♀️

Hi ladies and gents, jumping on board as a latecomer. I also applied to the dual degree peds program in early February. My application took around 2 weeks to become verified. I was invited to interview earlier this week and now I'm just waiting to hear back. It's so nerve-wrecking, this is such a major opportunity and I really hope I get an offer!
