Hi! just wanted to make this group for everyone applying to the fall cohort since I hadn't seen one already. Did anyone get an email about the phone interview?

I assume the phone screenings will be how they validate us as qualified applicants before deciding to close the application and begin interviews early July.

They're doing virtual interviews the 8th & 9th. I interview for the PICU on the 9th I'm sooo nervous but hopeful

Just curious if anyone here who has an interview has any previous experience as an EMT LPN or STNA? 🙂

Does anyone know how intense the interviews are? I know behavioral type questions are a given but I'm curious If I should practice scenarios with medications/lab values etc.

I did & I didn't find it intense at all! I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect. But the staff is SO friendly and make you feel at ease! I know it's the worst phrase ever to hear when prepping but you really do just have to be yourself. Good luck!

Had mine yesterday! I definitely stressed myself out over nothing and over prepared questions. It was genuinely the best interview I've ever had and I was only asked like 4 questions. Does anyone remember when we should hear back by?
