...I didn't see a thread yet for the Fall 2020 start for the JTCC RN program so I decided to start this one. I am applying for the applied for the traditional 1st choice then hybrid 2nd choice program and wanted to see if anyone else out there had applied/is planning to apply for Fall. Good luck!!

Hi Keasha! I'm so glad you started this thread. I've been checking here periodically to see if anyone would. Hopefully more people will find this. I applied to the traditional track for the fall as well. Anxious to hear back on my application. Best of luck!

Hello Keasha! Thank you so much for starting this thread. I've applied for the hybrid track as my 1st choice and traditional 2nd choice. I've also talked to ODU nursing for the dual-enrollment program they offer. Good luck to both you and @hooomannggg! ?

So happy to find this thread!! I applied to the Fall 2020 class for the Traditional track. Fingers crossed everybody!! Does anyone know when we are supposed to find out?

@AC0328 I called the nursing office yesterday to see if they had any updates due to Covid-19. No one answered but the voicemail message stated that decisions for applicants are being delayed until mid-May...

Good to know! Hope you all are staying safe throughout this. It’s for sure stressful on top of waiting!!

Hey everyone, I guess we all had the same thoughts today! I applied for the traditional track as well. I think waiting is worse than pre-req's and taking the TEAS. I'm not too confident in the TEAS score I got I think it's on the border of getting in or not. The added wait definitely sucks, but I 100000% understand why. Hope everyone stays happy and healthy. :)

Hey guys,

Just wondering when everyone applied. I sent in my application on January 15th so at this point I feel like I didn't get in. What did everyone get on their TEAS?

I read we can expect a delay in response. I think it said decisions may not be available until May...with all that was going on.

I scored fairly low on my TEAS exam, at least I think so but I got a 77. I was devastated, as I wanted at least an 80. At this point, I’m leaning on faith LOL. ? wby?

I got an 83 on mine, I was aiming for at least an 85 but that one English section got me. I already scheduled my classes for Summer so the only thing left to do is the nursing classes.

I got a 91 on the TEAS. I'm anxious to hear back from the admissions committee. I'm hoping that the nursing program won't be affected by everything that's going on with covid 19.
