Does anyone have any idea how hard it is to get a job pretty much anywhere in Idaho for a new grad? I currently live in the Portland, OR area and it's almost impossible to get a job here as a new grad unless you know the right person (it's not nearly as hard once you have a years experience or you're willing to work for dirt cheap in one of the more crappy nursing homes). I'm also thinking about just getting my Idaho license instead of the an Oregon license because of the compact state status. Any tips on any of this? Or maybe some places nearby Oregon/outside of the Portland area that are nicer about hiring new grads?
