Jobfair by agency

Has anyone been to the jobfair recently in Sofitel Manila by SRK Healthcare Staffing and Employment Services (US Agency) and Luzern International Manpower Services Corporation (Ph Agency)?

They were offering employment under EB3 visa for a fee. A fee by which you will pay each step of the process.

Any feedback on this?
