I'm in my first semester of APSU BSN program. Currently, I'm waiting tables on the weekends to pay bills. I'd like a better job within the field. I interviewed for a tech job only find they don't pay as much as I need to make ends meet. My question is are there any jobs I'm not eligible to get because I'm in a program that pay $15+ an hour? From what I've researched so far, CNA, Care Partners, and Nurse techs all make around the same pay: $9-13/hr. Does the job I'm looking for even exist, or am I stuck waiting tables until I graduate?
I live in the Nashville area of TN.
Thank you!
