Job Shadowing in Denver

Hi all Coloradan, I am a RN who has just moved to United States.

I passed my NCLEX earlier this year and have an active CO RN license, but I am having a hard time finding job here in Denver, Colorado. The recruiter said it's because my nursing education is a foreign degree (not accredited by ACEN / CCNE) and I do not have any U.S. clinical experience.

I am interested to take a look at the clinical side before I decide to do the whole BSN again or if I should give up doing nursing and change career. If anyone happens to be working at UC Health and would give me a favor to job shadow your work, please let me know. (Would appreciate other job shadowing opportunities too but I only knew UC Health has a job shadow program)
