Job Search - Help

I am a newly licensed LPN and have been job hunting for a while. I have had one offer at a nursing home which I am not thrilled about. The money is great, but not the facility. Now I have been offered a job at a doctor's office which the salary stinks but the potential for learning is awesome. Also, they are very vague about scheduling. I am in need of some guidance. In addition, I don't know how to get a copy of the Nurse Practice Act for my state. Is there anywhere I can write to get it? Help!!:nurse:

As far as where you want to work, only you can make that decision! What is more important to you, pay or learning oppertunity? Make a list of what you think the positives and negatives are for each position, and then choose the one with more positives.

If money is not that improtant to you then I would take the experience, the money will come in time. You are a nurse! :yeah:
